《村小的孩子》导演阐述

《村小的孩子》拍摄者阐述　　　　　这片子算是我09年处女作《路》的续集，片子其实在2011年底就已开始着手剪辑，由于设备和个人原因，后期制作一波三折。后干脆放下后期制作，又回村继续跟拍，有时间就剪剪，做疲了就放一放，放不下又继续拍，继续剪……，如此循环！　　当然，整个过程中，我也一直在思考，也在反问自己，这么不顾一切去拍，去做，意义何在？又能改变什么？感觉什么都改变不了。　　由于纪录片《路》的放映和网上公开，加上一些知名媒体的关注和报道。这些孩子们物质条件有些许改善，但孩子们因为父母的缺失，造成的问题依然存在，甚至更加严重，你去问他们的梦想，孩子们很可能依然会说想去打工。　后来，我在一众筹网站筹了一笔钱，勉强于2013年4月完成整个后期制作。完成后就丢在那里，不知怎么，再也不想去碰触。　2013年6月在广州做《农村空巢老人图片展览》时，碰到广州美院一位老师引荐我参加德国的法兰克福的一影展，并入围，可能这是国外的首映。　为了配合宣传，放下近半年的片子，再来剪辑预告片时，感觉又不一样，好像又找回了信心，也找回做这个片子的初衷，让更多的人了解留守儿童，关注和关爱留守儿童。　　2014年02月完成最后版本的后期制作，跟拍六年（2009-2014），也想通过巡展，让更多的人了解和关注留守儿童，所以从2013年底就开始筹备2014年03-05月，在广州、深圳、长沙、武汉、南京、上海、天津、北京等主要城市巡展，呼吁更多人关注和关爱全国6100万留守儿童。　　　　　蒋能杰2014年03月于湖南　　StatementfromtheDirectorofLeft-behinddreams　　ThisisthesequelofmyfirstmovieTheRoad.Infact,Ibeganthefilmeditingasearlyaslate2011.But,duetotheequipmentissuesandsomepersonalstuff,theeditingwasstuck.ThenIwasforcedtodropit.Icamebacktothevillage,spentalotoftimeshootingtheirdailylivesanddidsomefilmeditingduringmysparetime.BecauseI’msoconcernedwiththechildren’ssituationandIcan’tjustletitgo,Iwentbacktothevillageagainandagain.　　Ofcourse,fromtheverybeginning,IkeptthinkingandaskingmyselfwhyIbotheredsacrificeeverythinginmylifeforthisvideo.What’sthepoint?WhatcanIpossiblychange?I’mafraidtheanswerisNothing.　　AsmorepeoplesawthedocumentaryTheRoadonlineandoffline,andthankstothereportsofsomekindlymedia,forthechildren,thereweresomematerialimprovementsindeed.Butnothingcanmakeuptotheabsenceoftheirparents.Therewerestillsomanytoughmomentstoface,somanyhardquestionstoconquer,evenharder.Whenaskingthechildrenabouttheirdreams,onewouldprobablygetthesameoldanswer,working.　　Lateron,Igotsomefinancialsupportfromvariouswebsites.AndInearlyfinishedthefilmeditingattheAprilof2013.ThenIjustletitlyingthere.IcouldnottelltheexactreasonwhyIdidnotdaretotouchit.　　IwenttoGuangzhouformyLeft-behindOldMenshowinJune,2013andranintoatutorfromGuangzhouAcademyofArts.HeencouragedandintroducedmetotheFrankfurtFilmFestival.AlsoI’mmuchhonoredtogetthechancetojoinin.Thismaybemyfirstreleaseaboard.　　Tocooperatewiththebroadcasting,IpickedupthemovieIhaddroppedformorethansixmonths.WhenIwaseditingthetrailer,itmakesmefelldifferent.Again,Iregainedmyconfidenceandmyoriginalexpectations.Iwantmorepeopletoknowwhat’sgoingonwithleft-behindchildren,topaysomeattentionandtosharesomelove.　　　IfinishedfilmingthefinalversionofthedocumentaryinFeb.2014.Aftercontinuoussixyear’sfilming(2009-2014),Iwanttomakeaexhibitiontouraroundthecountrywiththepurposetoattractattentiontothesituationofleft-behindchildren.Therefore,fromtheendof2013on,IhavemakingpreparationfortheexhibitionwhichwouldbeheldinGuangzhou,Shenzhen,Changsha,Wuhan,Nanjing,Shanghai,Tianjin,BeijingandothermajorcitiesduringMar.toMay,2014.SincerelydoIhopethattheexhibitioncouldcallformorepeopletopayattentionto61millionleft-behindchildrenalloverChinaandshowtheirkindnesstothem.　　NengjieJiang,March2014,Hunan,China
